I was trusted with my Godson Marshall ALL weekend - ALL by myself and I managed to keep him alive! I don’t have picture proof - because Dee has the camera BUT when she comes to work I will put some pictures up here! We had lots of fun! Stopped to meet my Dad - and then they jammed out! and we also stopped to meet my Grandma Wagner!
Overall it was a great weekend…minus a meltdown at the very end! Thanks for trusting me with your son Dee!

It is wedding wednesday and some people are wondering what the lucky man who stole my heart looks like! Well, he is not all about me sharing - BUT he doesn’t visit my blog…so as long and you don’t tell him I share these photos I won’t get in trouble! He is quite Shy compared to me! This is Jon - my betrothed - in a few of our engagement pictures:

TUCSON, Ariz. – A 250-pound blue Great Dane from Arizona gives new meaning to the term “big dog.” Guinness World Records says Giant George from Tucson is the tallest dog ever on record. Guinness said Monday that he stands 3 feet, 7 inches tall from paw to shoulder, which is three-quarters of an inch taller than his closest rival — Titan, a white Great Dane from San Diego. The 4-year-old Titan took the title of world’s tallest dog in 2009 after Gibson, a Great Dane from Grass Valley, Calif., died of bone cancer.Guinness officials say there were conflicting reports about Giant George’s height, so they sent a judge to verify it.The 4-year-old is owned by David Nasser.
NOW THAT’S A BIG DOG!

GOOD MONDAY MORNING!

I hope you had a great weekend and are ready to get back at it today! I had a very productive and eventful weekend (which was a nice change from the events of late). Friday night my baby brother Adam and his girlfriend Meagan came over and MADE ME Supper! Adam prepared his almost famous shrimp scampi…and it was delicious! He even brought me my favorite flowers! Maybe sucking up for something?!?!

This is actually the look of my bridesmaid’s flowers as they will be carrying 5 Gerbera Daisies (5 because we are getting married June 5th) with no fill & hand tied! I will be so pretty!
I also worked on my Tree Skirt this weekend! I know…haven’t attacked that since the beginning of November! But I moved all the stuff to the living room - so that I cannot ignore it in the spare room any more! I have to get it done now and I am getting closer! I got all the petals done this weekend…so now I just have to figure out how to put it all together!

I think it looks pretty…how about you?
Oh AND - my critter returned! Had been gone for nearly 2 weeks but there were fresh tracks in the snow Saturday when I got home from work. Went to check the game camera I have set up, which the critter walked right in front of - SEVERAL TIMES - but there were only pictures of ME on there (you know, making sure it works)!
Re-set it up and will try to see what this critter is again!

Today…I will divulge our menu! And the best part is Grandma Tycz and I are making all the salads & my uncle Kevin is preparing all the meat! So it may be a little stressful…but it will be homemade and will save me money!
ON THE MENU:
Pork Loin & Roast Beef Sandwiches
Potato Salad & Noodle Salad
Cake (from the Tyndall Bakery)
Punch & Coffee
It is not an extravagant menu…but we hope to fill people up enough to party the rest of the night!

The Catholic Family Sharing Appeal for 2010 is getting underway. Thank you for your prayerful support.
The Season of Lent begins February 17 with Ash Wednesday. Please check with your local parish for Mass times that day. Lenten regulations are as follows:
?• The Christian faithful are to do penance through prayer and fasting, abstinence and by exercising works of piety and charity. All Fridays through the year, especially during Lent, are penitential days.
• Abstinence: All who have reached their 14th birthday are to abstain from eating meat on Ash Wednesday and on all Fridays of Lent.
?• Fasting: All those who are 18 or older, until their 59th birthday, are to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. Only one full meal is allowed on days of fast. Two other meals, sufficient to maintain strength, may be taken according to one’s need; but together, they should not equal another full meal. Eating between meals is not permitted, but liquids are allowed.
The obligation does not apply to those whose health or ability to work would be affected seriously. People in doubt about fast or abstinence should consult a priest.
Just in case you were wondering what Ash Wednesday is really all about!

I do not know what I did…but shortly after 10am yesterday I got spammed with Porn! And not the kind you can get away with at work…the real dirty stuff! And then when I showed up this morning - MORE PORN! I may just have to go home so that I don’t get accused of doing something I had absolutly no control over!
I have had enough spam to last me the rest of the year! Hopefully you are not having the same problem. I am so ready for the weekend!
